Clients are more than customers. Every collaboration represents goals, visions, and meaningful decisions. That perspective shapes everything I create.
When I started working at Roche, replacing the former IT Digital Site Head, I heard only good things about Marcelo and his collaboration to the area and to the company itself. Time passed I could see as he stood up for those flattering comments, as an outstanding collaborator and a great teammate. He has up level accountability, an eagle eye for details and a positive approach towards everything he gets involved with. Quickly I saw I could count on him.
IT Latam Flexible Solutions Site Head I called Marcelo to work for my agency for one project only as a recommendation from a friend who had worked with him before. And the results went so well I got to hire him in the end (laugh). He worked for me for almost 4 years and during this time we had many many success cases. However, what I’d like to highlight is how he became part of the agency’s core, leading the design team towards a more user-centred way of thinking.
CEO It was a great pleasure for me to work with Marcelo. He was by far one of the most talented professionals I worked with in my career. He’s a very communicative and positive person who is always making himself available to help. And those characteristics alongside with the fact Marcelo has a business-focused mindset led us to achieve great success together and deliver wonderful solutions to our costumers.
