Hey — Marcelo here 👋

Looks like you were redirected to my previous portfolio.

No worries — you're in the right place. I'm currently building a new version of the site (which is probably where you came from).

In the meantime, feel free to explore this version below — you should still find what you're looking for.

A Brazil-based design manufacturer built around a simple idea: every object carries a story as compelling as the object itself.

The project focused on designing an e-commerce experience that balanced usability with visual impact, adopting an art gallery-inspired approach to showcase products while maintaining a seamless and intuitive path to purchase.

The core first step

As part of my process, I began by gathering requirements, engaging with stakeholders, and identifying the target audience. Through interviews and analysis, it quickly became clear that this shouldn’t be just another conventional e-commerce platform.

The experience needed to reflect the essence of the brand — where each object carries a story — and translate that into a digital environment. Rather than a typical product grid, the platform would function more like an art gallery, where visitors could explore curated pieces and seamlessly purchase any item on display.

At the same time, the experience had to remain consistent across multiple platforms. Whether accessed on desktop, tablet, or mobile, the journey needed to feel smooth, intuitive, and immersive, balancing storytelling with usability.

Branding Visual Design

Once the idea was clear and bought by the client, I developed a visual identity that blends the familiarity of e-commerce with the emotional depth of an art gallery. The muted palette and minimalist layout were designed to let each object—and its story—take center stage, while a bold accent color adds contrast and guides user attention.

Solution that drives results

Working within tight budget and time constraints, I translated the approved concept into a functional and cohesive interface system. The final product was well received by users, who engaged naturally with the platform to buy and sell objects through their stories—validating both the usability and the emotional appeal of the experience.
